As a Beauty Director, I attend many product launches. Some wow me with innovative new products, beautiful new seasonal collections and fragrances – designer, celebrity and niche – that linger with me for life, and then there are launches that make me cry like an absolute baby. Which is exactly what I did on a sunny Thursday morning at The Dorchester Hotel last week, while two incredible people from the Great Ormond Street Hospital talked me through how the money raised from their partnership with Clinique gets spent to better the lives of their patients.
You may be familiar with Kiss It Better, which was founded by ex-InStyler Carmel Allen after her daughter Josephine was treated at the hospital for neuroblastoma. The money and awareness raised from the Kiss It Better appeal is essential to help the hospital continue helping the very poorly children. Help us continue the fight against child cancer by buying Clinique’s Super Balm mini set in the month of February at House of Fraser stores nationwide and www.clinique.co.uk – half of proceeds will go straight to the hospital.
We’ll see you in the queue…
